Dear Jeri,
Your customer service to me far outweighed any other received in my search for a TV console. You stayed with me, and I felt comfortable. You explained the plus and minus of products for my needs, products that could be delivered from the store. You gave me a photo copy and information allowing me time 'to think it over'. That was a great help in arriving at a decision.
On time, the two delivery men were efficient and careful getting the furniture in place. Appreciate them.
The console with TV on top and components in place is a fine addition; an up-grade to the living room.

I just picked up my dinning room furniture from Pedersen's. The loading dock people were great. I expected to have to load or even help load, they did it all. Thanks, Guys. BTW, the furniture is great. Could I have got it cheaper? Perhaps, if I searched and searched and searched. But, I did and they gave me the best price and the service was free. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Just finished an excellent shopping experience. We were treated like we were buying a house as the sales person Geri even came to our home to double check our measurements. Geri kept looking for the perfect option that fit our budget and our space perfectly. Professional, patient and fun. This store epitomizes fabulous quality and ingeniously designed furniture that took us way beyond Scandinavian designs or the in and out of business furniture places we all know about. Just check it out you will see for yourself.

I am very surprised at the first two reviews of Pedersen's. There is NO furniture store that can carry EVERYTHING. If you don't like what you see or it isn't your style does not make it junk. Pedersen's carries some very fine lines of furniture which can be ordered in a variety of fabrics. They have a huge selection of accessories and do custom window treatments as well. I would venture to say that they have the largest collection of furniture on display in the North Bay. Their staff are exceptional. They will offer to help you find the kind of things you are looking for, which I appreciate because it is such a large store, or they will be happy to let you just browse. All you have to do is let them know what you want. I have been doing business with Pedersen's for over 20 years and they have never been anything but courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
I have recently purchased three love seats, a leather recliner, lamps, plants, and a painting to redecorate two rooms of my home. We are also awaiting our custom window treatments. The help from the staff in choosing fabrics, furniture arrangements, accessories and styles was invaluable and INCLUDED in the price of the furniture. The staff people we have dealt with have taken great care to be sure that we get what we want and thereby avoid any buyers remorse.
Take it from someone who has lived in Sonoma County for 50 years. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least visit Pedersen's when you are looking for nice furniture.

Pedersens is by far the best furniture store in the North Bay. The name is synonymous with high-quality furnishings AND service. This family- owned business stands by its name and goes to extremes to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
The sales associates all provide expert decorating advice IF the client desires. I have felt free to look around without feeling pressure or a hovering presence that is common in other stores. They are all well- versed in various styles of furnishings & able to fit the needs of customers of all ages. They are budget conscious as well. I even took advantage of some really great sales.
I just used Pedersens for a living room makeover and window coverings for four rooms. The result far exceeded my expectations!!! My living room is so beautiful, it could easily be featured in Architectural Digest. There was no charge for the decorating consultation or color recommendations! I highly recommend Pedersens!

Exceptional Service
We experienced exceptional service at Pedersen's Furniture! We fell in love with a bedroom set on the showroom floor. A few months later, we ordered it using model numbers on the Pedersen website. We eagerly awaited its arrival only to be very disappointed -- the inlay we were expecting was not on our furniture.
However, since we had given them the model numbers, we figured it was our tough luck that we had ordered incorrectly. And the furniture had been delivered, unpacked and set up.
We went to Pedersen's to let them know of our disappointment, and they immediately said "What can we do to make it right?" They offered to take back the furniture and we re-ordered it, now speccing it for the correct inlay. They helped us reconfigure our order as well, as we discovered we needed a large size dresser than we had first ordered. With the new order came a new finish, so they also exchanged another piece we had bought, so that we could get it with the matching finish as well.
Our sales person, Marci, was helpful, insightful, and a great help all the way through our process.
I can't say enough how wonderful it is to have the personal and exceptional service that Pedersen's provides, and to be treated as a valued customer. We are so happy to have the furniture that we fell in love with, and every time i open a drawer on my master dresser i am thrilled at its beauty and construction. This is furniture my grandkids will someday fight over inheriting!

I rarely post reviews, but I noticed some of the wildly mean spirited (and unfair) reviews about this business and felt compelled to give the other side of the story. Having just moved to Sonoma County from SF, I went in a few months ago looking for a dining room table/set. Candidly, a lot of the things on the showroom floor - while high end and nice - were less modern than our taste. But the saleswoman who worked with us was extremely knowledgeable and made efforts to single out the more modern pieces for our consideration. She even located an absolutely perfect, very groovy table that suits our place to a tee. There were no hard sales tactics, no frustration with our pickiness, just an eagerness to make sure we found something we liked. They even made extra certain it would all arrive in time for Thanksgiving.
