Pedersen's Furniture Company has been furnishing homes in the North Bay Area since 1892. Owned and managed today by the fourth generation of the Pedersen family, the store features a 28,000 square foot showroom and $3,000,000 of high quality inventory. Pedersen's also has a comprehensive custom window and bed covering department and a unique and extensive selection of area rugs.

Combining the unique product line of Stickley with selected other vendors emphasizing American made products and our proven expertise in marketing, delivering, and servicing home furnishings, positions us well to meet the design and furnishing needs of the North Bay.

The outline below lists the general elements of the program we have developed to allow Independent Designers to use our showroom as a resource. The program allows designers to focus on creative design, leaving the ordering, receiving, deluxing, delivering, servicing, billing and financing to Pedersen's.

Pedersen's Furniture will:

• Make available all products, both stock & custom order
• Provide, through management, assistance in product information, sales order preparation and financing arrangement
• Order product
• Follow custom orders & advise client of ETA
• Receive product
• Deluxe product
• Deliver product or prepare same for will call
• Service product if necessary

• Schedule appointment for use of store with management
• Accompany client on all visits to store
• Determine client's needs and manage product selection
• Sell product at the terms offered by the store (including any special incentive offers-cash discounts, financing, etc.)
• Advise the client that custom ordered merchandise is non-cancelable
• Communicate any "after sale" concerns of client to store management
