Parking
Five levels of parking are available in the city garage next to our store on Fifth Street between Orchard and Beaver Streets. We recommend that you park in the garage rather than on the street to avoid the risk of getting a parking ticket when your parking meter expires. We validate for time spent shopping in our store.
Payment Options
Cash
Methods of payment accepted at Pedersen's include Cash, Check, Pin Based Debit Cards.
You may pay In full at the time you place your order or pay a deposit at the time you place your order and the balance on delivery.
Financing:
We also offer financing through GE Money Bank. Day in and day out, our most popular plan offers you six months with no interest and minimum monthly payments. With this plan, you pay no interest as long as the entire balance is paid before the end of the six month term of the contract. The contract term begins after delivery of your order.
Plans offering longer terms with interest are also available. Payments on this type of account do not start until after you take delivery of your order.
You deal with Pedersen’s Furniture to set up the account and you will receive bills from and make payments to GE Money Bank. In most cases your financing arrangements will be handled by our Office Managers, Claudia Baughman (pictured) or Donna Porterfield.

Delivery Service
Delivery Service for your purchase is available from Pedersen’s.
A delivery date for your purchase will be arranged by phone with our warehouse manager, John Pedersen, the fifth generation of Pedersens to work in the family business. The day before your delivery, you will receive a call to let you know which stop you are on the route and provide a three hour window for your delivery. We cannot promise an exact time for your delivery due to the many variables we experience at each stop. Our drivers are equipped with cell phones and will keep you informed if they are running behind. |

We make most deliveries in our own trucks. Tom Short is our Delivery Services Manager. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Calls, cards and letters complimenting our delivery staff are a regular occurrence here at Pedersens.

To help you identify our drivers, they will be wearing uniform shirts, sweatshirts or jackets bearing our company name. Your furniture will be carefully inspected before loading. It will be padded on the delivery truck to arrive in good condition (or in the condition you inspected in the case of "as is" items). Our drivers will carry your furniture into your home and place it for you. If you have any concerns, the driver will write a service report at your home. Our customer service representative will contact you within a few days.
Our delivery service is available on a charge basis to the following Northern California locations:
Local Delivery $65.00-$75.00: Santa Rosa, Oakmont, Rohnert Park, Cotati and Windsor
Regional Delivery $85.00-$200.00: All other locations in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Lake and Mendocino counties.

To insure that you will always pay the lowest price available for all of the items you purchase, we offer a Low Price Guaranty.
Pedersen's will match the verified price of any identical item found at a lower price in our store or in any other store in Northern California, from the date of purchase through 30 days after delivery.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are a one price store. We do not negotiate. You can shop with the confidence of knowing that you will pay the same price as anyone else for a particular item. You can concentrate on creating a comfortable home when shopping in our store - knowing that you have price protection.
